For any exterior changes, modifications, or improvements to the front or rear yards, homeowners must submit an architectural application and receive approval prior to performing any work.

The clubhouse can be rented for private functions by OOII homeowners and renters only who are current in their assessments and 21 years of age and over. Each request is cleared through Valencia Management Group for verification. The rate is $150.00 per day payable one week in advance. A $500.00 security deposit is also required. A call (661.259.3020) or email to the clubhouse manager is required to request a rental date and for confirmation that the date is available. Please be sure to include your name, the date you are requesting and a phone number where you can be reached. Be sure to print out two (2) copies of the rental agreement when requesting a rental, one for the HOA and one for yourself. If you are unable to print out the form for any reason, a copy can be obtained from the clubhouse or by contacting the manager.

Clubhouse Event Insurance is required as of 4/16/24 for all clubhouse events.
